Sri Viswakala Kendra is an after school art class & gallery in the greater Chennai area. For us at Sri Viswakala Kendra art is not just a wall decoration but a passion to transform the human creativity to something beautiful. Simply put, art permeates everything for us. 

We offer art classes for kids of all age groups and have a gallery of paintings and crafts for sale.

Our classes include basic drawing, sketching, shading and coloring/painting with exposure to different medium of art for all age groups.

We also take advanced classes like tanjore paintings, murals, warli art, madhubani art, acrylic and oil paintings.

At Sri Viswakala Kendra we have a gallery of paintings for sale, all hand painted. Our focus on the Indian Folk and Tribal form of art as the paintings in India dates back to the ancient times, revolving around religious topics to the abstract ones. 

We offer weekday, evening, and weekend art courses, we have classes for all ages and for all skill levels in a variety of fine arts and crafts.

We believe in early learning which relates to teaching of young children (formally and informally). We focus on kids from the age of three to make sure they start learning early and express their views especially through art which gives them a great sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.
